Jo Wagstaff Clinical Director at Changing Lives through Changing Minds founded the CIC five years ago and over the years had successfully expanded the provision to the point that Jo knew she needed to recruit for a new role, an operations manager.

Why did you partner with Oliver King?
“I was introduced to Oliver King Consulting through a business contact. I had run out of options and really didn’t know what to do next. Sam came highly recommended having worked with other charities, helping them to increase their candidate pools and successfully recruit. From that first meeting I realised that we hadn’t really been selling the role in the way we should have been”
What was the project outcome?
From zero candidates, we ended up with a panel of 5 to select from. Once we’d run the final stage of the process, Sam then interviewed us to make sure we were selecting the right one to fit with our needs! Elouise has recently joined us and we’re now engaged with Oliver King to recruit for our next role.
