After going through a period of growth, founders Tom and Rich realised their existing structure wouldn’t serve them long-term.
What were the project goals?
They had grown their business sustainably and now wanted to start to work on their vision of being able to step away more from the day-to-day running of the business. To achieve this, they required someone to lead business development along with someone to be based in their brand new office to organise everyone else! This meant recruiting for two new roles
- Business Development Manager
- Office Manager
