What was the scenario before you partnered with Oliver King?

Previously we have used industry relationships and word of mouth to find and hire people to grow our team. Unfortunately over time this provided less positive results and cost us large amounts of money to run, especially when we didn’t find the right people and had to re-recruit.

What was the project outcome?

The approach to working with clients which we adopt is focused on building a relationship and being thorough. We play devils’ advocate to understand why previous approaches haven’t worked to the client’s needs, so that we can build a method of recruitment which means that we find the best people for the role. 

Sam not only took the time to understand the role that needed filling but also found out the ethos of the company to make sure she found the best match possible. She then managed all the advertising and pre-vetting before putting someone forward for consideration. That saved us time and ensured any candidates were strong contenders for the role.
