What was the scenario before you partnered with Oliver King?
Daniel Stirling, Creative Director of The Print & Copy Shop, had successfully grown the business and in the Summer of 2020, knew that the time was now right to recruit.
“I had previously had a small team, but hadn’t replaced them when they had left earlier in the year. We’d increased the number of customers we were working with and I was over working to meet these demands. Before I started working with Sam, I could not see how I was going to find the time to recruit and keep the business running at the same time, in fact it filled me with dread!“
What were the project goals?
‘We wanted to give back to the community by offering an apprenticeship’

- To hire a retail apprentice
