Summer was quickly approaching and so was the changeover period for students moving out and moving in. Branch manager Alex knew the vacancy had to be filled as quickly as possible to meet the extra demand, so he chose to outsource recruitment expert help.
What were the project goals?
Although Broomhill Property Shop needed to hire right away, they were not prepared to compromise on finding the right person, who had to be:
